Depression affects more than three million people in this country, many of whom claim to have no apparent emotional reasons for their depression. This talk will explore the nutritional link between depression and vitamin and mineral deficiencies, food intolerance and even blood sugar problems. You will learn how simple tests can detect major biochemical imbalances that could provide effective non-drug solutions for thousands of people with depression. Many sufferers claim that this approach is much more effective than traditional anti-depressants with their accompanying side effects.
