She will include seasonal vegetables such as pumpkins, squashes and seasonal greens and will also show you some easy and delicious ways to cook with the most nutritious of vegetables, seaweed.
Juanita has been cooking up healthy macrobiotic recipes and sharing her knowledge and skill through popular practical cooking classes for over 15 years. She discovered first-hand just how closely the quality of the food we eat is linked to our level of health and quality of life when her husband was diagnosed with wheat and dairy allergies. Forced to rethink her family’s diet she attended numerous cooking classes and discovered the healing power of food. She found not only did her family love the tasty food but also that it also transformed their health.
