Tuesday 27 September – 7.30pm
At this lecture Shamim will talk about the relationship between the foods we eat, and how to normalise the physiology of the body, including hormone balancing.
Shamim will teach you how to choose foods that will stabilize blood sugar levels and allow organs to function in a steady, balanced way.
As a result, hormones become stable and the body functions at its optimum capacity, improving focus and concentration, sleep patterns, and relieving cravings and addictions, anxiety, depression and much more.
Dr Shamim Daya is a holistic GP running her own practice, the Wholistic Medical Centre in Harley Street. She has a special interest in women’s health issues.
Whilst working as an NHS GP in Richmond, she felt a distinct need to include the field of holistic medicine to provide patients with greater choices in their health care.
Her exploration of this new & exciting aspect of nutritional & energetic medicine took her on a journey, which included training with Dr Jonathan Wright (USA) in general nutrition as well as in the use of Bio-Identical natural hormones.
