Nutritionist Suzi Grant walks her talk.  Now in her fifties she lives life to the full and cares passionately about health. As a highly regarded nutritionist, she regularly contributes to women’s magazines, the national press, radio and TV as well as lecturing in the UK and abroad.  She has busy practices in London and Sussex and is a member of The British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT).  Her latest book, Alternative Ageing, brings together all her most up-to-date research and personal experiences.
