Barbara Wren Wednesday 4 March 2009, 7.30pm
Rather than seeing disease as a negative process, Barbara sees illness presenting a powerful opportunity to facilitate change and to support growth. The spring and autumn equinoxes create marked energy changes within the body and so a huge detoxification opportunity from within the cells, which if managed well can lead to higher vitality, as the body attempts to use the heightened energy to remove stagnant toxins.
Barbara Wren is Principal of The College of Natural Nutrition, she has been teaching integrated nutrition for 30 years. Using her principles she healed herself from M. E. She is in great demand to share her concepts with organisations around the country, including The National Child Birth Trust, Well Women Clinics, The Informed Parent, M.E. Groups and Colleges of Kinesiology, Polarity, Osteopathy and Acupuncture. She has also had several articles published in the national press on her philosophy.
Barbara has clinics in Devon and London and has raised a family of five children.
