The team of people working here are exceptional, with their detailed knowledge, dedication and positive attitude.

We want our staff to thrive. We hold monthly evening staff meetings to keep ideas flowing and updated, to give staff valuable training from our suppliers and to train staff ourselves about the value of organic foods, wholefoods and natural remedies. We also encourage them to got to trade shows, lectures and external training programmes.

After a year's employment, staff become a part of our profit share scheme; we feel it is important to share every success and to reward our staff for their motivation and hard work. Happy staff means a happy atmosphere, which is then passed onto our customers.
